• Photos and Drawings: The images you upload or capture to transform using our AI features. These are processed temporarily and are NOT stored on our servers.
• Subscription Information: When you purchase a subscription, payment information is processed securely through Google Play and RevenueCat. We do not directly access your payment card details.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Device Information: We collect limited technical information such as device type, operating system version, and app version to ensure compatibility and improve performance.
• Usage Data: Through Google Analytics and Firebase, we collect anonymous usage statistics such as which features are used, app crashes, and performance metrics. This data does not identify individual users.
• Advertising Data: We display advertisements through Google AdMob, which may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad serving purposes.

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do NOT require user registration or account creation
• We do NOT collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers
• We do NOT collect dates of birth or age information
• We do NOT collect location data
• We do NOT verify parental consent (as we don't collect personal information requiring such consent)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• AI Image Processing: Photos are sent to Google's AI service (Gemini Flash) for transformation. Images are processed in real-time and are NOT stored by us or the AI provider after processing is complete.
• App Functionality: To provide core features like photo transformation, style application, and image saving to your device.
• Analytics: To understand how users interact with the App, identify bugs, and improve features using Google Analytics and Firebase.
• Advertising: To display contextual advertisements through Google AdMob that help support the free version of the App.
• Subscription Management: To manage your subscription status through RevenueCat and Google Play Billing.

3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 Third-Party Service Providers

We share limited data with the following trusted service providers:

• Google (Gemini AI): Processes images temporarily for AI transformation. Images are not stored or used for model training.
• Google Analytics & Firebase: Provides anonymous analytics and crash reporting.
• Google AdMob: Delivers advertisements within the App.
• RevenueCat: Manages subscription validation and billing information through Google Play.
• Google Play Billing: Processes subscription payments securely.

3.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to:

• Comply with legal obligations
• Protect the rights, property, or safety of Nicgames, our users, or others
• Prevent fraud or security issues

3.3 Business Transfers

If Nicgames is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information:

• Encryption: All data transmitted between the App and our servers uses SSL/TLS encryption.
• Secure Storage: Images are processed in memory and not stored on our servers.
• Limited Access: Only authorized personnel have access to systems containing user data.
• Regular Security Reviews: We regularly review and update our security practices.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Data Rights and Choices

5.1 Photo Control

• All transformed images are saved only to your device's local storage
• You can delete photos from your device at any time using your device's native photo management tools
• Original photos remain on your device and are never uploaded to our servers unless you choose to process them

5.2 Advertising Choices

• You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings:
  • Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
• Subscribing to Photoon Premium removes all advertisements

5.3 Analytics Opt-Out

• You can limit analytics tracking through your device settings or by contacting us

5.4 Subscription Management

• Manage or cancel subscriptions through the Google Play Store

6. Device Permissions

The App requires the following permissions:

• Camera: To capture photos for transformation
• Photo Gallery/Storage: To select existing photos and save transformed images
• Storage: To save your created artwork to your device
• Notifications: To inform you about app updates and special features (optional)

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, though this may limit app functionality.

7. Data Retention

• Photos: Not stored on our servers. Processing is done in real-time and images are immediately discarded after transformation.
• Analytics Data: Anonymous usage data is retained for up to 26 months by Google Analytics.
• Subscription Data: Retained as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for billing and support purposes.

8. International Data Transfers

Our service providers (Google, RevenueCat) may process data in various countries. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may contain sharing functionality that allows you to share images through your device's native sharing options (social media, messaging apps, etc.). Once shared, those third-party services' privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Posting the new Privacy Policy in the App
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending an in-app notification (if applicable)

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

11. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Our App is designed to be safe for children:

• We do NOT knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
• We do NOT require registration or account creation
• Photos are processed temporarily and NOT stored
